ABOUT ANJA STRELEC
For over 15 years, I’ve been deeply immersed in audiovisual storytelling as a TV journalist, documentary filmmaker, video consultant, editor, and coach. I’ve directed and co-directed award-winning documentaries and produced numerous corporate and promotional films. My solo photo exhibitions have been showcased across Europe.
Based in Brussels, I collaborate on projects with film production companies, EU institutions, the European Commission and Parliament, EU delegations, embassies, and international organizations, including the UN, UNICEF, BBC Studioworks, BRUZZ TV, as well as various NGOs, film festivals, and agencies worldwide. Over the years, I’ve worked in Africa, Asia, the United States, and Latin America, collaborating on international projects. This has given me a deep understanding of global storytelling and the power of impactful media. Working with different cultures and various video and film formats has taught me how to effectively transfer my knowledge.
I offer personalized coaching in audiovisual production, documentary filmmaking, and photography, tailored to each student’s needs. My teaching experience spans agencies, film schools, universities, and private tutoring.
In my free time, I practice Qi Gong, play guitar, and explore the world through street photography.
