I've been looking for a mobile photography workshop in Brussels for a while. When I saw that Anja was organising one, I could not miss such opportunity! Done in a small group of photography-lovers like myself, we had the chance to immerse ourselves in the world of photography, both in theory and in practice. The most exciting part of the workshop was definitely the creation of a photo exhibition we had to come up while wandering in Brussels. Anja is not only very patient, but also an excellent trainer. Her explanations are clear, and well illustrated. I can only recommend her workshop!

Anja’s workshop was fantastic. I had little experience with filming or editing beforehand, but by the end I felt equipped with concrete techniques I could immediately apply at work. The mix of group exercises and individual practice kept everyone engaged, and I left with both new skills and fresh inspiration. I can honestly say this was one of the most useful and enjoyable trainings I’ve attended, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

This was by far the best workshop I have ever participated in - on any topic. Anja knew exactly how to break down the most essential elements of filmmaking for us novices; she avoided theory (only what was necessary) and she also made it clear what we absolutely do not need to know about/worry about - this is important because the amount of information out there is overwhelming. It was purely need-to-know, hands-on, short and intense and incredibly worthwhile. An excellent course, by an excellent teacher.

I found the video editing workshop very useful for my day-to-edit work. With a hands-on approach, it allowed me to learn the basics of DaVinci Resolve that will allow me to improve my projects and serves as a basis to discover what more it can offer.

Anja’s video editing workshop was really helpful for me. For years I’ve wanted to dive into video editing but haven’t had the chance. The workshop is concise, clear, and to the point, so I feel much better equipped now to develop my editing skills.

Anja's course is nicely designed and well executed. It provides the necessary knowledge to start editing video material. A significant advantage is being in a small group where I could get all the answers to my questions. I learned a lot and recommend it to anyone working with video clips.

Anja gives us all the tricks and tips to avoid common beginner mistakes. The small group size is perfect for learning. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. It makes me want to dive into all the projects I've been dreaming about. I'll definitely be back.

Anja was 100% involved during the two weeks of our training residency in Senegal. She has built a tailor-made educational program for young professionals who come from all regions to take part in its training module. I sincerely hope that we can continue the collaboration.
