Ron started practicing calisthenics a few years ago and has become a coach in the meantime as well. Calisthenics is a form of physical training focused on teaching you to master your own bodyweight using minimal equipment. You can practice it anywhere, in your own home, in the parks, woods using any infrastructure available.
